Powder of virgin plastics

We process virtually all types of polymers, including PE, PP, PS, ABS, SAN, PA6, PA66, PA11, PA12, ABS/PC and PET at room temperature (atmospheric micronisation).

We process the following polymer families: TPE, TPU, LLDPE, EVA, SBS, SEBS, etc. at sub-zero temperatures (cryogenic micronisation)

These products are mainly intended for traditional plastics processing (compounders, additive producers, rotomoulders, etc.), but also for new application technologies such as powder coating, dipping, multilayer coating with textile layers, etc.

We mainly provide micronisation services for these markets. Our customers select the polymer reference to be used and entrust us with the transformation of granules into powders.

For each of our customers, we draw up specifications that include the target particle size, packaging, labelling and quality control tests, as well as data specific to each production run.

All our production operations are organised within an ISO 9001-certified system.
