Recycling process workshop

Organised on the same principle as the virgin materials workshop, this workshop is adapted to the specific characteristics of recycled plastics, with a line dedicated to the assembly and homogenisation of processed materials in order to smooth out the qualitative variations that are always possible in the deposits used.

• Five micronisation lines with BB conditioning system,
• One micronisation line with cryogenic device,
• One micronisation line dedicated to rotomoulding.

Each line can be equipped with a screening device adapted to our customers' requirements.

We have several circular, nutation or dynamic propulsion screens. Each sieve can be equipped with a sieving grid with mesh sizes ranging from approximately 100 to 4000µ.

This workshop has its own dedicated logistics area where we can store approximately 200 tonnes of raw materials or finished products.

Each production run is regularly checked by operators, particularly regarding size particle specifications and the wear and tear of cutting tools.
